From Rewards Credits to My VIP, we've covered pretty much every topic in the FAQ.
But if your question hasn't been answered below, simply create a post in our Support Forum and we'll get back to you within three business days.
And with a ton of prizes available, there’s something for every member to enjoy with the NEW My VIP.
You can read more about our expanded My VIP experience on the My VIP page.
Xbox Live Rewards Credits are automatically converted to your local currency every two weeks and deposited in your Microsoft account, while My VIP Gems could be redeemed for items in the My VIP Vault. You can earn Microsoft Rewards points for qualifying purchases at retail Microsoft Store locations where available, as long as you provide the email address connected to your Microsoft Rewards account when making your purchase.
My VIP Star Ranks are not part of the Microsoft Rewards programme.
One My VIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.
Similar to Xbox Live Rewards, Microsoft Rewards will offer punch cards, surveys, and more, plus featured offers on games, movies, and TV shows, but the way you access these offers and how you’re able to use your earned points is changing.
Xbox Live Rewards members who choose to opt-out of the programme rather than make the transition to Microsoft Rewards will not forfeit any pending Xbox Live Rewards Credits in their account.
Instead, your remaining Rewards Credits and My VIP Gems balance will be deposited into your Microsoft account in the form of your local currency.
Microsoft Rewards is governed by the Microsoft Services Agreement and the Microsoft Privacy Statement (collectively the “Terms”).
